What do you need to create my company profile?
We will need company name, logo (optional), about company, products or services name, clients, projects, achievements, contact details, etc. If you want to add any special instructions, you can mention. You need to provide company details in text format, word file, editable pdf file, or PPT file.
Do you provide photos?
Yes, we have a stock of premium images. We will use images related to your business. If you have your work photos, then you can also share to add in gallery section.
What is process of editing in profile?
Our process is very simple. We will share word file with company profile. In word file, you can mention all editing page wise. Our designer will edit according to it. You can send audio or writing format which will be easy for you. We do not accept pen writing. Additionally, call for editing purpose not allowed. You need to provide all editing in written format only. This way, your work will be done without any error as team will follow all given points page wise. In case, we need to ask anything related to editing, we will ask.
Can I ask for editing after getting profile?
Yes, you can ask for editing according to the package selected by you within 2 days. However, if you choose a design theme and the team has worked on the same design which is selected by you, then editing will be considered in the same design only. Minor (20-30%) design layouts can be edited. If a customer asks different design theme after completing work, then he/she needs to pay an extra amount for the same as it will be considered as new work. The team has to start from scratch.
Note: Once selected design format, it can’t be changed portrait to landscape or vice versa. Additional charges 2500/- will be applicable.
Can I cancel order if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel within 2 hours after placing order. However, if you inform after it, refund will not be initiated, but we will provide profile for sure. No worries!
